If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Please contact us for return authorization. Contact information below.
Monave Mineral Powder Returns
Returns of cosmetics are limited to damaged or incorrect merchandise. We offer exchanges only, not refunds. Do not assume that if a product does not meet your standards for texture, application, or color, that we will exchange it. Once it is shipped back to us for examination, we will determine if indeed the product is damaged, or does not meet our standards. In the majority of cases, products are exchanged without question. In some cases a customer simply has buyers remorse. This is standard procedure for cosmetics sales, since products can become contaminated once in a customers hands. We must guarantee all of our clients that the products that they purchase have been stored within our company walls in hygienic conditions prior to being shipped.
We do not accept returns on samples or minis. The point of our samples is to try the product. If you do not find it appealing, simply do not order the full-sized counterpart.
Monitors can be deceiving, so please keep in mind, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on undamaged merchandise. If you do not like something because the color does not suit you, that is not an applicable reason to ship it back for an exchange. Please try a sample first.
If you have a concern, such as a hard lipstick or pencil, a mislabeled product, or a faulty brush, please contact us via our contact page or via phone within 7 days from receipt of your shipment. Have your order number ready. Do not ship products back to us without contacting customer service first.

We ship only in the US
These fees include shipping and handling fees for the Natural Skin & Hair Care and Soap Nut products:
Up to $49.99 is $12.00
$50.00 to $99.99 is $13.00
$100.00 to $149.99 is $14.00
$150.00 and over is 10% of total items
All Monave Mineral Cosmetic orders Shipping: Minimum shipping and handling fees are $11.00. Notification of any higher cost for Monave shipping charges will be sent by email or phone.
Shipping Charges:
At check out you will see shipping charges based on the total of order. These shipping charges will be readjusted if your order contains items from two different vendors.(From our Natural & Soap Nuts categories and from any Mineral Cosmetics categories)These are two separate vendors and we must pay shipping to each. We will notify you by email or phone of the correct shipping charges in this case.
Shipping charges can not be refunded on normal returns.
Ship to different address:
Place receivers information in the Alternate Shipping form at checkout.
All merchandise is usually shipped within 48 hours of order processing and has a 7-12 day shipping time.
Business hours are defined as Monday thru Friday. If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped by close of business on Tuesday. (Standard holidays do not count as business hours)
This does not apply to backorders or items that are out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email within 48 hours.
