To get started here are some of my own experiences:
Besides how much I love using soap nuts and Extreme 18X for laundry and household cleaning I have found it`s a great source for first aid treatments due to it`s antibacterial, anti-fungal properties.
Just a few days ago my Mother (who is 85 years young) was stung by a wasp on here finger and she is allergic to bee stings. Her last bee sting, around mid 1960`s, ended with her in the emergency room. Anyway, the pain was excruciating and her finger started swelling, I quickly grabbed my spray bottle with a mixture of Extreme 18X Laundry Soap and water and sprayed her finger. She had some relief but it was still quite painful so I got the Extreme 18X full strength bottle and poured a small amount on the finger. Within 10 minutes the pain was mostly gone and there was no more swelling. In 30 minutes she was pain free and all swelling was completely gone. No other ill effects and no trip to the ER!
Keep your soap nuts handy at home and on trips for stings, cuts and scrapes. There will be a few seconds of stinging then it`s gone.
We have also used the spray solution with excellent results for cuts, spider and mosquito bites and athletes foot. These also seem to heal faster. Also, if you spray on exposed skin before going outside you can eliminate the mosquito bites.
I have also used the spray solution successfully to clean my cats ears and treat ear mites.

I have had problems with sores and itchy scalp caused by years of coloring and perming my hair but since using the Soap Nut Shampoo Bar the sores and itchiness are gone and my hair is very shiny and fuller (my hair has thinned out over the years too). I also no longer feel the need for color or perms...YIPPY! I love this shampoo bar!!!

A customer at a hair salon had sores all over her scalp from eczema so I left some samples of the Soap Nut Shampoo Bar at the salon for the customer to try. She used the shampoo bar between salon appointments and when she came back in all the sores were gone but one that was almost healed. She was so happy to be free of the sores.

My niece sent me some sample skin and hair care products and the Soap Nut Shampoo Bar is wonderful. Since washing my hair with it I no longer have itchy bumps and my hair is soft and shiny. I`ve ordered 4 bars!

My 6 year old son suffers from eczema. Our doctor had me try lotions that simply didn`t work. They only slightly helped the dry patches, and still new patches would surface. I just wanted to let you know how much I loooove your products. I purchased the Ultimate Sample Set, and am loving everything. The samples are so generous and the products are so rich. I recently discovered that a lot of 'natural' and 'handmade' products that I have been buying from a popular website (where only handmade items are supposedly sold) are actually mass-produced pre-formulated batches that are private labeled. I was disheartened to know that the products that I have been paying so much for are actually not proprietary formulas at all! Needless to say, I was very, very disappointed and angered at this. I am happy to know that you stay true to your mission and that you offer products that YOU make and that YOU have tested time and time again. Got the Facial Cream. It's as pleasing as your other products. Feels very creamy (not sticky) when applying & absorbs immediately. Your foot cream is the best I've used. Am enjoying your cleanser, toner, scrub... Have used several toners - like scent & feel of NaturOli better than any others. Allergies
No more sneezing! No more itching! I almost gave up looking for a solution. I've loved all your products since my first use, but these soap nuts really iced the cake. I don't think I knew what clean even smelled like! Everything is so soft! Like better than new. My towels are fluffier and seem to absorb more. I don't get it, but I sure am loving it! I've been suffering from severe migraines for so long that they became just part of life for me. I've been to so many doctors and taken many so medications. It's been a nightmare. A coworker asked me to just try inhaling your lavender oil. Even though very skeptical, I did. I could not believe it. It was greatly relieved and with no drugs. Simply lavender oil! Laundry/Cleaning
I was skeptical about soap nuts natural detergent. Green, 100% natural, hypoallergenic, eco-friendly, biodegradable, sustainable, and on and on... It simply seemed far too good to be true. Well, I guess I'll keep an open mind more often - because these are absolutely incredible! I am astonished! This is the coolest thing since sliced bread. I had no idea what true naturally clean, soft and fresh even meant before. Just crawling under the sheets and curling up in bed feels so wonderful! It's like a whole new world. I've been experimenting with my soap nuts...making teas, grinding up powder, etc. Been washing all kinds of laundry. No need for fabric softener AT ALL!!! In fact, I think it works BETTER than the fabric softeners actually do. I used the soap nuts powder to clean the sinks, and it works just as well as chemical cleansers! Let me tell you what the soap nuts did for my coffee maker. I made a tea, about the same as for a load of laundry, but ran it through my coffee maker. You know that black coffee grime that coats the coffee ground basket after a while? I've used plain vinegar and even ran CLR cleaner through in trying to clean it. Always still had to scrub. The soap nuts solution, however, literally dissolved that grime! It took me very little more than just wiping it out with a sponge. NO SCRUBBING! Amazing!!! Soap Nuts are great for front-loading washers! I got a front loading washing machine about a year ago, and I loved it, except for when I washed towels. They never came out clean-smelling. That ALL changed when I started using these Soap Nuts! NOW my towels and ALL my laundry come out smelling and looking cleaner than ever! I am loving the soap nuts I ordered last month. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to justify the extra expense of using something better for my family and for the environment but that is not the case. It's lots more economical than the detergent and fabric softener I was using. I'm getting at least seven loads by using them in cold water and doing the "tea" method you recommend.
